Charity History

CAP Agency was orginially known as the Scott-Carver Economic Council. Initial programs supported co-op farming, head start and senior centers. In 1985, CAP Agency expanded to include Dakota services. Today CAP Agency provides a wide variety of services including; food shelf, emergency services, eduation, childcar, housing, energy assistance and more.
