The Center serves more than 11,000 campers a year and provides them with a wide range of hands on recreational and educational activities.

Charity History

Founded by Dick Enders and a group of businessmen in the Brainerd Lakes Area of MN. Initially founded as the Minnesota Therapeutic Camp, Inc and known as Camp Confidence, the center is officially the "Confidence Learning Center".

The Center is located on 140 acres of land on Sylan Lake in the Brainerd Lakes area of central Minnesota. The Center is made up a many "cabins" constructed over the years by a variety of institutions, individuals and the Brainerd School District.

In 1997 Camp Confidence opened the Mariucci Lodge, a gift of John Mariucci which houses a nature center, woodworking and arts/crafts workshop, camp store and staff offices.
